We currently deliver via GDex. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notice for redelivery or self-collection at the nearest GDex branch.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
If your parcel appears tampered with or parts are missing, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at +60 16-988 2699.
You may request a cancellation if your order has not been dispatched after payment. Cancellations must be made within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Approval is required before any refund is processed.
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once approved, send the item back for inspection. A refund will be issued if the return is valid and accepted.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days for incorrect or defective items. Upon approval, a replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchange: Applicable for wrong or defective items. Replacement sent upon approval.
